mo.blaze disc

The mo.blaze disc is the latest generation of flashing signal lights. The design feature of the LED turn signal is the transparent illuminated disc on a compact aluminum base, which harmoniously caps the handlebar end grip.

It is our third turn signal which uses the new TranzLight technology or TLT (patent pending). This lighting innovation is not limited to miniaturization of turn signal housings, but also using a clear crystal-like plastic body engineering the light placement. Only precise optical CAD calculations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes make this novel design and its function possible. The light flux required for the TranzLight principle is generated by the motogadget's intensiLED® process and consists of three important components:

• Selected high power LEDs with maximum efficiency and a total power of 7W with a lifetime of more than 50,000 hrs.
• An IC controlled constant current regulation clocked at 330kHz.
• Special collimator optics, which forces parallel beams of LED light precisely into the plastic body.

The discreet solid aluminum housing is used for the stable mounting of the glass body, integration of control electronics and the high-end LEDs. Per motogadget standards, the housing is CNC-manufactured, black anodized and finely inscribed by laser.

The mounted handlebar end turn signal appears very flat with the transparent disc being neutral and inconspicuous. Consequently, it can fit many styles and diverse motorcycles. The flasher can be operated like any other LED flasher with load resistors or any of our load-independent flasher relays (mo.flash, mo.stop, or mo.relay+).

The handle bar end turn signal mo.blaze disc has an E-mark and is approved as a front turn signal according to ECE in the EU. However, it does not meet US DOT requirements and intended for show use only.  motogadget will accept no liability for use outside of these intended purposes.
